Positive: Sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage war top. Die Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Schönes und geräumiges Apartment an exzellenter Lage Positive: Das Apartment in einem geschmackvoll renovierten Altbau ist an exzellenter Lage: sehr ruhig in einer Gegend mit vielen guten Restaurants und Cafés, zudem gut an den ÖV angebunden. Die Ausstattung ist vorzüglich: sehr gutes Bett, angenehm geräumige Küche und Bad. Auf besondere Wünsche wird schnell und positiv reagiert. Negative: Der Hauseingang liegt im Dunkeln. Wenn man keine Taschenlampe (bzw. ein entsprechendes Handy) dabei hat, ist es unmöglich, bei der Haustüre den Code einzugeben.

Simon y Ben son los mejores anfitriones posibles. Su apartamento es perfecto y están pendientes de tu bienestar desde antes de llegar hasta que te marchas. Absolutamente recomendable.

Positive: The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything appearing new. The location is excellent - close to the underground and plenty of restaurants. The service exceeded my expectations; they responded quickly to emails and even called a day before my arrival to check if I had any questions. Negative: The shower was small, but there was also a large bathtub that we didn’t use

Sehr gut gelegenes Apartment, top ausgestattet, sehr durchdachte und professionelle Kommunikation und Check-in, super Pizzaladen neben der Eingangstür & jeden Abend eine nette, kleine Aufmerksamkeit an der Apartment-Tür – ich hatte ein sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Berlin!

Evin konumu gerçekten çok harika. Evin büyüklüğü 5 kişilik bir aile için bir idealdi. Çocuklardan bir tanesi kanepede uyudu. Mutfağın dizaynı, malzemeler, banyo, evin ısısı, temizlik cok iyiydi. Tekrar gelsem kesinlikle burada kalırım. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

I really enjoyed my stay at Simon's flat for 6 days. It’s beautifully designed, extremely clean, and very well managed; It honestly feels more like a boutique hotel than a typical Airbnb. The team was responsive, the cleaning service was a nice bonus, and the location made getting around Berlin easy. A few things to be aware of: the space is less personal than most Airbnbs, and there’s no washing machine. I also wish the kitchen had an extractor hood, as this made cooking challenging. The shower is also relatively small, and I wouldn’t recommend the place for three people since the foldable extra bed didn't seem very comfortable. The balcony furniture didn’t fully match the photos either, with only two chairs and a small table. Also, the required security deposit felt unnecessary as I never paid that for any other Airbnb, but it wasn't a big issue. Still, overall a great stay, stylish, spotless, and ideal for couples or shorter trips, so I'd visit again.

Logement agréable, lumineux. Quartier animé ( cafés, restaurants), mais pas bruyant ! La localisation permet d’accéder à plusieurs lignes de transport ( tram, métro). C’était très bien!

We loved this area! Close to public transit, beautiful to walk around, good restaurants, and lots to see and do. The apartment was very spacious, and it was helpful that there was a luggage locker.

Property was just what we needed for 3 friends on a short trip. Pillows are comfy and 2 provided per person. Very quiet at night so we slept well. Lovely stickers and querky things when you arrive- as well as a bottle of water, chocolates and sparkling wine. Amenities- umbrellas, shampoo, conditioner, body wash (all smell amazing), towels, clean, bedding, lots of plugs, kitchen fully equipped, fridge/freezer, selection of teas, hairdryer, first aid kit. Lots of lighting options and lamps to set the mood. Great location and a 30 minute walk to Alexanderplatz. Very clean. Up many flights of stairs but there is lift access. Great communication from hosts. Gave a leaving gift of water and Haribo. Ready earlier than 3pm and we were notified. Upstairs neighbours were noisy and up late. Taxi recommendation - on time and lovely driver. No privacy between beds as this is a studio and quite small but perfect if you're not in much. Little storage for clothes No microwave and tiny freezer

Fantastic Berlin weekender for the NFL Positive: Good location, clean and spacious. Good communication from the hosts and seamless check in and check out procedure. Thank you for the little gifts too! Negative: Not a dislike but If I had to say one thing we could have done with another bathroom or just a toilet given that there was five of us sharing the appartment. But no big deal and I thoroughly recommend this appartment!

Es war schön in der Wohnung zu übernachten. Alles war super sauber und man wird mit Willkommensgeschenke überrascht. Der Gastgeber war immer sofort erreichbar für Fragen und Anmerkungen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Super schöne Wohnung in einer tolle Gegend mit vielen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants, die man fußläufig erreichen kann. Alles war schön eingerichtet und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wir kennen Berlin ganz gut aus und haben uns wegen der guten Lage für dieses Appartement entschieden. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuverlässig betreut und alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Gut zu wissen: das Appartement ist ruhig und liegt in einer guten Wohnlage. Alle Öffis sind schnell erreichbar. Jede Menge Lokale gibt es in der Nähe. Das Bett ist rückenfreundlich und sauber. Insgesamt ist das Appartement bei Simon und Ben sehr zu empfehlen.

Great place to stay and walkable distance to Old Town and many sites plus close to trains and other transportation to get around the city. The pictures of the unit don’t do it justice. Compact but complete and clean. Definitely would recommend for others and would stay again.

The flat was nice, service was good, the area was fine. But I do not like to realize after it was booked that I did not rent it Simon, but it in reality was a company that was behind that I should give further private information and pay more money than advertised.
