Would give 4.5 stars. Everything as described, big and clean apt with all amenities . Wifi didn’t work in one bedroom. Residential neighborhood, but close to train station. Thank you!

Our family of 5 stayed in Berlin. With Ben&Simon’s help we had a fantastic stay. The apartment was spectacular and the neighbourhood was exciting to discover. Thanks guys for a wonderful trip!

Simon’s apartment was beautiful in all aspects. Spotlessly clean, very well equipped, large rooms with plenty of space, warm and welcoming. But it was the lovely personal touches which made it special. On arrival we were greeted with a bottle of wine, a bottle of sparkling water and chocolates. The following afternoon we arrived back at the apartment to find a bag of sweet treats for the children hanging on the front door handle and on our last day we were given a small bag of snacks for our journey. It is a rare treat to find such a gem of an apartment with such a caring and thoughtful host.

It is hard to find enough superlatives to describe this apartment. We have been AirBnBing around the world for many years now and this may well be the best accomodation we have stayed in. It wasn’t just the spotless presentation with gifts on arrival and easy check in, it wasn’t just the extraordinary tech set up in the apartment with tablet style information panel and access to front door, and electronic dimming lighting etc, it wasn’t just the stylish fit out and luxuriously appointed appliances which were quite obviously top end and not cheap and nasty. It WAS all of these things but, most of all, it was the way that Ben, Simon and Christian made us feel at home and like we were in a 5+ star hotel with small gifts left each day for us and immediate response to even the smallest request. Not just all other AirBnB’s, but most high end hotels should take a leaf out of BenSimon’s book. If all accomodation was like this, I would probably never go home! Simply superb.

Positive: • Simplest check-in and check out you can imagine: no keys, just an automatically assigned door code. Convenient online check-in form. • Amazing hosts. There's an actual office downstairs with multiple people working there. All of them were very nice to us and helped us with every need. • Room condition and cleanliness: apartments are cleaned in a professional way, so beds and kitchen look like in a hotel. • Private parking. It's a nice feature to have a reserved spot in the center of Berlin. We were especially happy to have an enclosed parking during the New Year's night as we didn't have to worry about our cars getting blown up with fireworks :) Negative: • Apt. 4 has a very limited amount of hot water (probably a small heater tank) which can get problematic if staying with a large group. After one person takes a shower you have to wait for the hot water to come back. • Payment for the parking is only in cash, would be nice to start accepting cards as well.

I would recommend this recommendation to anyone staying in Berlin that is going with a larger friend group or family. The place was really nice and clean! And going out into the city was so easy and only took 10 minutes. I would stay here again if I were to come back to Berlin.

Der Aufenthalt hat mir und meiner Tochter sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war genau richtig für uns. Großer Flur, großes Bad, gemütlich Küche mit Zugang zum Balkon. Der Schlaf/Wohnraum war für uns groß genug und die Betten bequem. Unser Fenster ging zum Hinterhof, somit war es nachts sehr ruhig. Die Umgabung bietet viele Angebote bezüglich Restaurants und Shop. U-Bahn und Straßenbahn sind in der Nähe. Über das Willkommens-und Abschiedsgeschenk haben wir uns sehr gefreut :)

It was clean and tidy apartment. If you need a place after long walking in the city. This is must be the place when you found peace at night. Location was good also. Thanks again guys.

Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt, der allen Familienmitgliedern gefallen hat. Positive: Das Apartment war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gab sogar weihnachtliche Dekorationen (Baum etc.) Alles was benötigt wurde, war vorhanden. Wir wurden auch immer wieder durch kleine Überraschungstüten in gute Laune versetzt. Negative: Die Lage an den Bahngleisen ist nicht so schön, aber durch schalldichte Fenster war auch das kein Problem.

Schöne, grosse und saubere Unterkunft. bequeme Betten und Ausstattung super sehr freundliche Abwicklung und freundliche Kommunikation würde wiederkommen

Lovely, spacious, well-equipped apartment in a great location for transport links to see the sites of Berlin. Very useful to have the luggage storage room for use before /after stay.

Positive: Wow, was für eine Wohnung!!!! Wunderschön, top ausgestattet, sehr sauber, sehr liebe Aufmerksamkeiten. Leider waren wir nur für eine Nacht zu einer Beerdigung da, kamen nachts an und fuhren nach ein paar Stunden Schlaf wieder. Die Wohnung hätten wir, auch gänzlich ohne Berlin, gern länger genossen! Check in unkompliziert, parken etwas tricky.

Tanto el alojamiento como el servicio superó nuestras expectativas. El departamento es espacioso, luminoso, lindo. Tiene una cocina súper equipada y además el baño es grande. Han estado siempre atentos a las necesidades y además de esto, dejan un agradable obsequio de bienvenida y otro de despedida. Ojalá podamos volver, gracias x todo.

Geweldig apartment, super comfortable en perfect organizatie van BenandSimon. De apartment is dichtbij de Wedding metro station zodat binnen minuten ben je bij alle Berlijn highlights.
