El apartamento estaba fenomenal, muy bien equipado con todo lo que hace falta para pasar unos días geniales en Berlín. Muy bonito, y muy limpio. Y siempre muy atentos con nosotros. Y gran facilidad para poder dejar el equipaje si llegas antes o te vas después. Si volvemos, no dudaríamos en repetir!

Really lovely place. Very clean and look exactly like the pictures. Fully stocked kitchen so everything you need if you want to cook there but also some lovely places to either eat in or takeout. Easy to get to the centre of Berlin while still feeling very safe and quiet. Lots of info and recommendations for the area and Berlin as a whole. Would definitely stay again if I was back in Berlin!

Sehr zu empfehlen. Simon scheint ein absoluter Profi in seinem Gebiet zu sein und weiß was er macht. Ich betreibe selbst Ferienwohnungen im Rheinland und konnte sehr viel durch Simons Apartment lernen und war beeindruckt von der Effizienz seiner Prozesse.

Positive: Sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage war top. Die Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Mieszkanie jest bardzo miłe i przytulne, znajduje się w fajnej lokalizacji, gdzie jest spokojnie. Łóżko z materacem było bardzo wygodne. Mieliśmy dobry kontakt z właścicielem, dodatkowo pomógł nam z parkingiem i zaproponował miejsce parkingowe w drugiej lokalizacji. W mieszkaniu przydało by się delikatniejsze oświetlenie, a w salonie jakaś mała lampka, aby było jeszcze milej wieczorem. Niestety mieszkanie było zakurzone i podłoga nie była czysta, było to dla nas ważne, ponieważ nasze kilkumiesięczne dziecko spędzało głównie czas na podłodze.

Wir waren zu fünft in der Unterkunft. Sie hat eine schöne Größe für mehrere Personen und ist sehr gemütlich. Alles war absolut sauber. Mit dem Code kommt man entspannt rein, so braucht niemand einen Schlüssel. Gute Anbindung an die Ringbahn. Kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen :)

Great deal, fantastic apartment, great location Positive: Well equipped, we had bluetooth speakers, very nice kitchen with large table where we could sit down and talk, location is awesome, keyless access is awesome, can't say anything bad about it.

Schönes und geräumiges Apartment an exzellenter Lage Positive: Das Apartment in einem geschmackvoll renovierten Altbau ist an exzellenter Lage: sehr ruhig in einer Gegend mit vielen guten Restaurants und Cafés, zudem gut an den ÖV angebunden. Die Ausstattung ist vorzüglich: sehr gutes Bett, angenehm geräumige Küche und Bad. Auf besondere Wünsche wird schnell und positiv reagiert. Negative: Der Hauseingang liegt im Dunkeln. Wenn man keine Taschenlampe (bzw. ein entsprechendes Handy) dabei hat, ist es unmöglich, bei der Haustüre den Code einzugeben.

Excelente espaço e próximo do centro. Éramos em 6 pessoas e nos atendeu perfeitamente. Apartamento com excelente estrutura e cozinha bem equipada.

Positive: The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything appearing new. The location is excellent - close to the underground and plenty of restaurants. The service exceeded my expectations; they responded quickly to emails and even called a day before my arrival to check if I had any questions. Negative: The shower was small, but there was also a large bathtub that we didn’t use

Het is een mooi en ruim appartement op de begane grond met goede faciliteiten. ondanks de ligging bij de U en S Bahn Wedding heel erg rustig. we hadden een fijn verblijf.
