A great base to explore Berlin Positive: Comfortable, clean, close to train station Negative: NA

The place was very roomy for our family of 5. Though it was not all that close to most attractions, the train station is right across the street so it made it very easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go. We would stay here again.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Sehr große Zimmer, tolles Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Küche. Super Terrasse. Ruhige Lage. Und S-Bahn ist auch gleich 5min ums Eck.

Tolle Wohnung, alles sehr sauber und auf einem hochwertigen Stand.

Flott leilighet.

The apartment was very nice, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. It looked exactly like in the pictures, and the host was very responsive and helpful. The only things to keep in mind are that it’s a bit far from the main tourist attractions and restaurants. The apartment we got was on the 4th floor without an elevator, which could be challenging for older guests.

Fin og romslig leilighet. Enkel og god kommunikasjon med utleier. Savnet kun en vanlig matbutikk i området. Ellers ett veldig fint sted og supert opphold. Lett å komme seg til og fra med kollektiv transport.

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, sauber und toll ausgestattet. Es blieb echt kein Wunsch offen. Die Kommunikation war proaktiv und jederzeit freundlich. Die Wohnung ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln grundsätzlich gut zu erreichen. Sie liegt neben relativ stark befahrenen Gleisen, was aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht hörbar ist.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, super sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend – schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Besonders praktisch fanden wir den Service mit Fahrradverleih und Parkplatz, das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Es gibt nur eine Toilette, was bei einer Belegung von bis zu 8 Personen etwas herausfordernd sein kann. Ansonsten wirklich alles top – wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Positive: En jättefräsch lägenhet, trevligt välkomnande av personalen och lätt att ta sig med kollektivtrafiken till allt vi ville besöka i Berlin. Kan varmt rekommenderas!

Positive: Jättefin lägenhet med allt som kan tänkas behövas såsom fullt utrustat kök, tvättmaskin och bra sängar/kuddar. Personalen verkar otroligt måna om att man trivs. Detta boende var toppen för oss som har små barn som dels kunde få röra sig mer fritt i den här stora lägenheten än det hade varit i ett standardrum på ett hotell samt att det var skönt att kunna fixa egen frukost istället för att behöva ta sig till en frukostbuffé. Vi var jättenöjda! Negative: Vi har egentligen inget att klaga på, men det hade varit bra om det hade funnits en tydligare förklaring i lägeneheten hur man använde t.ex. fläktarna (om det var det det var) samt elementen. Det var lite kallt i lägenheten. Hiss hade såklart varit bekvämt, men det visste vi att det inte fanns när vi bokade.

Sehr gute Ausstattung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Besonders aufmerksam war der Willkommensgruß. Klare Empfehlung.

Great location with loads of space. Positive: The place was perfectly situated for us to explore Berlin. It was in a safe area close to public transit. The property itself was comfortable and well appointed. We had room to spread out as well as come together for meals and games around the dining table. Negative: The bedrooms need some sort of closet system. Even an open rack like in the second bedroom would be great:)

Great place, a little far from the centre. Altough easily accesible by train. Overall great stay.

Es war einfach eine sehr gut Zeit in der Unterkunft wir konnten sogar über ein Tablett neue Handtücher bestellen :) Ein kleiner Tipp wenn ihr meint ihr müsst mehrere Burger braten dann macht das Fenster auf der Feuermelder funktioniert sehr zuverlässig was gut ist…

Amazing hosts! Respond super quick and texts proactively to ensure we have a great time at their airbnb as well as berlin. ☺️ They even called the day before to ensure if we have everything that we need! which is amazing and appreciated. Extremely clear instructions, easy to find. The neighbourhood is calm and public transport is near (like 2-3min walk to the trainstation), amazing location + super affordable. We were a group of 8 people, the 2 appartments were perfect! and connectes through a door :) Can only recommend! amazing for groups and/or families. Thank the team of simon again for their hospitality, amazing service and kindness!

Beautiful apartment with lots of space. Very clean and modern. A little out of the centre of Berlin but good rail links. Some noise can be heard from the railway if you have the windows open.

Super flot bolig. Området er lidt udenfor centrum men med god mulighed for offentlig transport.
