Great communication, helpful staff, excellent apartment!! Would love to come back! Positive: Spacious and comfortable with a well supplied kitchen. Close to public transport. Negative: We wish we could have stayed longer! Paid parking was an extra expense but this is a minor quibble.

Excellent accomodation. Highly recommend. Positive: It was super clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. For example, toilet roll, an ice cube tray, shampoo, a well powered hairdryer,super comfy quilts and pillows etc. It was also very well heated. Negative: Nothing at all.

Der Aufenthalt war super schön. Wir haben uns sehr fürsorglich behandelt gefühlt und freuen uns bei eine nächsten Trip vielleicht wieder die Wohnung anzusteuern.

Spontan gebucht und vom ersten Moment an absolut zufrieden. Nach der langen Fahrt haben sich unsere fünf Kinder sofort wohlgefühlt, was für uns das Wichtigste war. Der Check-in war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt, modern und hervorragend ausgestattet. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts – Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine inklusive Waschmittel sowie eine Spülmaschine mit Tabs waren vorhanden. Besonders schön waren das persönliche Anschreiben auf dem Tisch und der Weihnachtsbaum, der der Unterkunft eine sehr heimische und warme Atmosphäre verliehen hat. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Sauber und schön. Ruhige Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeit und nettes Personal. Ich würde wieder buchen!

Serviceable location, close to S train. Clean, spacious and had all amenities we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the closeness to trains did not affect our sleep. Perfect for what we needed, a comfortable cozy spot to sleep with easy access to trains and downtown sightseeing and Christmas markets. The welcome and evening gifts thrilled our granddaughter.

Aus Reisesicht ist vor allem die zentrale Lage hervorzuheben: Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Berlins lassen sich in der Regel innerhalb von 10 bis 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen, was eine effiziente und flexible Tagesplanung ermöglicht. Auch für spontane Mobilität, etwa über Kurzzeitmietangebote wie free2move, ist die Lage hervorragend geeignet.

The apartment was well furnished, clean and just as pictured. The host was responsive and helped with any issues we had. The neighborhood wasn’t exactly what we expected. It is located in the middle eastern part of town where more grocers and neighbors are not German. I was not the German vibe we were expecting when we arrived. There is one neighbor that cooked very pungent food the entire trip and you could smell it throughout the apartment. If you’re not sensitive to smells you’ll be fine. Otherwise, it was a good stay for the price.

Positive: Celý koncept ubytování. Personál, vybavení, místo. Negative: Když jsme rozložili pohovku pro spánek, byly tam chomáče vlasů zapadlých mezi matrace. Ale říkali jsme si, že asi nikdo dlouho na pohovce nespal.... Abychom se mohli ubytovat, musela jsem zaplatit kauci, o které nebyla v nabídce informace. Zatím jsem nedostala tuto kauci zpět. To mi vadí nejvíc.

The apartment is close to the U Bahn which gives great access to the main attractions in Berlin. Grocery stores and places to eat and drink are within walking distance. The apartment is very clean , modern and comfortable. Our host was very helpful with instructions before our arrival and helpful suggestions during our stay. We will definitely stay there again.

Het appartement was voor ons boven verwachting. Er is duidelijk aandacht besteed aan de afwerking, inrichting en inventaris. Alles is aanwezig voor een heerlijk verblijf. Ook vonden wij de communicatie vanuit Simon heel prettig net als de presentjes die Ella dag aan de deur hingen. Een aanrader dus!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und dem Service, die Kommunikation war perfekt. Hatte man eine Frage oder Anregung, wurde sofort reagiert. Die Bahn ist zwar in unmittelbarer Nähe, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster kaum zu hören. Sehr gerne wieder!!

Un apartamento muy bueno, en nuestro caso 4 personas,para pasar unos días de vacaciones,alojamiento con todos los servicios necesarios,limpieza y comunicación con los propietarios excelente, recomendable 100x100. si reservas y te alojas seguro que a la vuelta estarás muy satisfecho por la elección y el trato recibido. 1 placer gracias.

Simon's apartment is wonderful. It is spacious and well appointed for a stay with children. We were delighted on arrival to find several special touches, like chocolate truffles, a bottle of gluhwein and a beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the living room. We were also provided recommendations for several of the local Christmas Markets to visit. The experience of our stay there was unmatched on our trip to Germany. Ben & Simon are thoughtful hosts, and we would gladly stay with them again.
