Do you need a transfer from the airport or train station to your apartment? We are pleased to recommend our exclusive service partner‚ Welcome Pickups to start your stay comfortably and hassle-free.

Luggage Storage
You are welcome to store your luggage in our luggage room at any time on the day of your arrival and, of course, also on the day of your departure (free of charge).
Baby Equipment
For the little ones among us, safety is of great importance. We are happy to provide you, upon request, with a (travel) baby cot, a high chair, and/or a stroller free of charge. Please let us know at least one day before your arrival so that we can check availability.
Digital Concierge
With our digital concierge, you have a smart solution to access 24/7 information on what to do in town, popular sights to visit, and other helpful services such as locating the nearest grocery store or a fantastic restaurant in your neighborhood. You'll discover a tablet conveniently placed within your apartment, or alternatively, you can utilize our concierge-to-go service on your own device.

We have made our entire check-in process available online to provide you with the most flexible and convenient check-in possible. You will receive an invitation for your online check-in within 72 hours before your arrival. The online check-in is an elementary part of your booking, as you will only receive your door code when you have completed the check-in process.
Our apartment buildings and apartments are equipped with a keyless door lock system that can be opened with door codes. The door code usually has 4 digits and is valid from the day of arrival to the day of departure.

Previous guests are allowed to stay in the apartment until the regular check-out at 11 o'clock (11 am), just like you. In order to give you a clean and prepared apartment, we need the time in between for cleaning. If we can provide you with the apartment before the regular check-in time, we will inform you on the same day.

The guests who booked the apartment after you are allowed to check into the apartment as of 15 o'clock (3 pm) and we need about 3-4 hours after your departure to prepare the apartment.
