Tolle Unterkunft, super Lage, perfekt ausgestattet Positive: Super-sauber

Praktische Unterkunft an super Lage Positive: Das Apartment befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage (Prenzlauer Berg) und ist gut mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr erreichbar, Strassenbahn (vom Hbf) oder U-Bahn. Man kann von dort aus auch einiges zu Fuss erlaufen, z.B. den Alexanderplatz. Es ist ein belebtes, freundliches Quartier. Das Apartment im Hinterhof ist jedoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Es gibt auch einen Balkon zum draussen sitzen. Es ist einfach ausgestattet, es ist alles da, was man für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt braucht, auch wenn Geschirr und Besteck für mehrere Personen etwas knapp bemessen sind. Die zwei Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein, aber separat und so gut nutzbar für eine Familie. Der Zugang mittels Türcode ist sehr praktisch, gerade wenn man als Familie mit mehreren Personen unterwegs ist. Kommunikation per email/Telefon funktioniert gut. Es wurde eine Zwischenreinigung angeboten, die wir aber nicht gebraucht haben. Negative: Man kann nur online einchecken inkl. Hochladen einer Kopie von Identitätskarte / Perso. Man muss beim Einchecken auch noch eine Kaution von 150.- CHF auf der Kreditkarte hinterlegen für eventuelle Schäden. Sonst kann man nicht einchecken. Die Information darüber haben wir vorher nicht bei booking gefunden. Im 1. Stock im Hinterhof ist es recht dunkel. Wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, spielt das allerdings nicht so eine Rolle. Das Apartment hat Zugang direkt vom Hinterhof. In der letzten Nacht ging ständig der Bewegunsmelder (Lampe) an und wenn man nicht gern im voll verdunkelten Zimmer schläft, kann das nervig sein.

Clean comfortable flat and everything had been thought of plus v quiet and a wonderful area of Berlin with lovely bars and restaurants.

We had a great stay with Ben & Simon. The apartment fits the description and is very lovely.

what a lovely charming place, in a wonderful neighborhood- close to fantastic restaurants, park, etc Positive: everything was clean & comfortable -- I appreciated that there was coffee, dishwashing soap & dishwasher tablets, the cookware was varied and in good condition. the bathroom was charming, & loved the bath & shower. I also appreciated that we could access more pillows & blankets & towels. The small bags of goodies, along with wine & water upon arrival were also a really nice touch. We appreciated that there were counters and shelves to store our things well. Negative: It was a bit loud with the recycling bins below the window, as there were people recycling glass at 7 in the morning. perhaps a cover or something that dampens the sound would be well-received. Additionally, those bins weren't labelled well, so it was unclear where to put things, especially as we are not from Berlin, and therefore unfamiliar with the recycling system. We also stayed for 5 days, it would have been nice to have one cleaning session in that time.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Ben & Simon’s apartment in Choriner Str. It was clean, practical and well equipped, with lovely balconies off the living space/bedroom and kitchen. Hosts were responsive and proactive in making sure we were settled and felt at home. We travelled with our young son - apartment was just the right size for us, with a well-sized cot and high chair made available. Not a cheap deal - but we feel it was value for money given the excellent location in a vibrant yet family-friendly Kiez. We’d be very happy to stay again.

This is our second time staying at this Berlin location with Ben & Simon, there is a reason for that. They are the best hosts visitors could ask for, the unit is fantastic, and the location is outstanding. Close to great restaurants and cafes. Just a short walk to transit, and groceries, if you need them. Also close to a running track, which is great for me. This time around we found a cool little record shop, just steps from our door, and while looking through used David Bowie LPs, the owner of the shop walked over with an LP in his hands, one that I thought, having read about the day before, would be difficult to find, the new release, David Bowie "The Shel Talmy Recording". Best Bday gift ever The neighborhood just keeps becoming more epic to my wife and I. Our next trip to Berlin, whether it's to run the marathon again, or just hang out in our favorite city, we will definitely stay with Ben and Simon. All the way from the West coast of Canada Kathy and I are huge fans. Thanks guys

Large, quiet and comfortable flat in an ideal location. It was perfect for four adults and two kids.

Perfect stay in a great neighborhood! We visited for the marathon and everything was fantastic. Would stay again!

Simon was a great host! He was very responsive to any questions and was a proactive communicator with check-in, luggage storage, etc. The apartment was clean and pretty convenient to get to from the nearby train stations. We fit 3 people - 2 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room on the pullout couch.

Highly recommended and definitely would stay there again in the future. Positive: Very clean, well equipped, just perfect for us.

Polecam z czystym sumieniem :) Positive: Super apartament, proces zameldowania, udogodnienia i podarunki powitalne. Będąc w Berlinie wrócę. Negative: Cena. Aczkolwiek byliśmy na weekend, gdzie było dużo wydarzeń. Brak zmywaka do naczyń, aby móc umyć kubek, talerz bez konieczności załączania zmywarki.

Fantastic we felt at home Positive: Spacious and clean and in a great location. Arrived to a map of the City a bottle of wine and water and chocolates a lovely welcoming touch. Plenty of essentials supplied and more you could access if required. A storage area on sight for our suitcases as we had a late flight. Little gift bags were also given out over our stay which was a really lovely touch.

Unterkunft für 2 Personen prima mit einer wunderbaren, z.T. überdachten Terrasse. Sehr sauber und ordentlich! Gute und sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit Simon Reagierte auf ein kleines problem sofort. Vielen Dank!

I had a great time. Very quiet apartment with all you need. Nice bathroom as well and the location is perfect for Berlin.

Perfect hosts and accommodation. We were so pleased with our choice to stay here and didn't see anywhere in Berlin that we would rather have stayed. Quiet, pedestrianised street - but so many bars and cafes nearby. Lots of helpful touches from the hosts, which made settling in very easy.
