Because of the love of being a host, our mission was very simple from the first moment: We want our guests to feel at home in our apartments, without having to compromise on the comfort of a classic boutique hotel. That's why guests in each of our apartments on Choriner Straße find high-quality furnishings and extensive amenities that leave nothing to be desired.

Our apartments are located in the heart of the trendy district of Prenzlauer Berg. Known colloquially as "Prenzlberg" by Berliners, it's considered one of the city's most popular and beautiful districts. Life pulsates in this charming area between historic buildings and trendy cafes. Indulge in culinary delights at the cozy restaurants in your vicinity or simply visit one of the hidden boutiques and immerse yourself in the creative atmosphere of Berlin's cultural and street art scene.

Fun fact:The "Choriner Straße" is one of Berlin's top photo spots, known especially for its colorful pennants strung from house to house. They are part of the annual Choriner Straßenfest, a popular neighborhood festival with music and dance.

Prima appartement, top locatie. Positive: Zeer ruim mooi modern appartement op een prima locatie, goed schoongemaakt, zeer ruime mooie keuken. Bij aankomst stond o.a. een fles prosecco klaar echt top. Negative: Klein minpunt is de kleine douche en de druk van het water van de douche.

In het begin schrokken we even van de uitgebreide vragenlijst en het verzoek om via een externe site onze legitimatie te uploaden, inclusief een kleine extra betaling. Achteraf bleek dit echter geen enkel probleem: de communicatie hierover verliep vlekkeloos en de medewerkers waren uiterst vriendelijk, professioneel en begripvol. Bij aankomst werden we aangenaam verrast. Het inchecken via een code bij de deur werkte snel en soepel. De studio zelf was werkelijk perfect — het voelde alsof alles gloednieuw was. Er lag een nette welkomstbrief klaar, samen met een leuk attentiecadeautje. Aan alles was gedacht: voldoende handdoeken, koffie en thee, suiker, zoetjes — alles was aanwezig. Na een dag in de stad kwamen we terug en hing er zelfs nog een extra attentie aan de deur. De BenSimon-organisatie weet duidelijk hoe gastvrijheid werkt. Ze zijn goed bereikbaar, denken overal aan en zorgen ervoor dat je je meteen op je gemak voelt. Ook de buurt waarin het appartement ligt is zeer prettig.

Es war alles super und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation lief auch super und es standen alle Informationen zur Verfügung. Es gab sogar eine kleine Tüte mit kleinen Snacks und einem Getränk am nächsten Morgen. Das einzige, was vielleicht vorher beschrieben werden sollte, ist der Check in Prozess der über die eigene Seite läuft, bei dem man auch den Ausweis hinterlegen muss. Aber auch das hat gut geklappt.

Positive: Everything was nice. Most of all your attentiveness to problems was timely and easy. I could easily find where to dump bottles and cardboard but not plastic of garbage. I dumped it where I thought it went. Negative: Having someone at the start to explain proximity to things would be helpful. Overall I would recommend this apartment to travelers.

Quiet hours Please take care of your neighbors. Our quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please be mindful of noise during this time.

No smoking Smoking (incl. e-cicarettes) is not allowed inside the apartments or the apartment building. We follow a strict anti-drug policy, which includes as well the consumption of cannabis / marijuana etc.

No BBQ Please refrain from BBQing and smoking water pipes on the hotel premises, including on balconies and terraces.

No pets Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any kind of pets.

No commercial photography Commercial photography in the hotel is not allowed without prior permission.

We have made our entire check-in process available online to provide you with the most flexible and convenient check-in possible. You will receive an invitation for your online check-in within 72 hours before your arrival. The online check-in is an elementary part of your booking, as you will only receive your door code when you have completed the check-in process.

Our apartment buildings and apartments are equipped with a keyless door lock system that can be opened with door codes. The door code usually has 4 digits and is valid from the day of arrival to the day of departure.

The earliest check-in time we can guarantee you is 15 o'clock (3 pm). Previous guests are allowed to stay in the apartment until the regular check-out at 11 o'clock (11 am), just like you. In order to give you a clean and prepared apartment, we need the time in between for cleaning. If we can provide you with the apartment before the regular check-in time, we will inform you on the same day.

Unfortunately, the latest check-out we can promise you is 11 o'clock (11 am). The guests who booked the apartment after you are allowed to check into the apartment as of 15 o'clock (3 pm) and we need about 3-4 hours after your departure to prepare the apartment. If the guests after you plan to arrive later, we will be happy to let you know again.
