Positive: Great location in a nice building. Various utensils and thoughtful touches. Second time I have stayed in the apartments - both have been great and will be staying here again next time. Negative: There is nothing to dislike. One observation was that for this apartment, the living room area was maybe a little bit smaller than it looks in pictures but it's still a fine space. Just a little tighter when the sofa bed is out but again, it's totally fine.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad aan de Chorinerstrase. Eenvoudig te vinden. Entree eenvoudig en keurig schone ruimte. De TV was beetje apart in de keuken maar hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt. Iedere dag hier er een klein tasje met een attentie aan onze deur. Erg leuk. Heerlijk bed! Het is Duitsland en dat betekent altijd een kerkklok in de buurt maar was gelukkig maar 1 minuut ofzo. Verder super centraal. U2 brengt je overal of tram 12. Wij hebben heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans l'appartement numéro 7 et en sommes absolument enchantées. L'appartement est calme, spacieux, confortable et très beau. Nous avons choisi le quartier de Prenzlauerberg qui est à la fois central et très vibrant. Nous avons voyagé par train de nuit et avons pu déposer nos bagages dans un local à bagages avant d'entrer dans l'appartement et les laisser après, ce qui était très pratique pour nous. Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce logement et y reviendrons sans hésitation!

Fijn appartement in leuke levendige wijk dicht bij openbaar vervoer. Positive: Rustige locatie in een leuke wijk Negative: De kookplaat was erg moeilijk aan te krijgen. Gelukkig kwam er meteen hulp toen wij een vraag stelde aan de eigenaar.

Parfait pour un séjour à Berlin Positive: Appartement très agréable, propre, lumineux, calme et confortable. On se sent à la maison. Bien situé, cafés, bars, restaurants, magasins et moyens de transport à proximité. Vraiment parfait! On reviendra.

We absolutely loved staying at Ben and Simon’s apartment — it truly enhanced our Berlin trip from start to finish. Communication was fantastic throughout; they were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. A standout touch was the tablet in the apartment filled with useful local information, which was so handy — especially for anyone visiting Berlin for the first time. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities, making it feel like a real home away from home. The location couldn’t be better: surrounded by lovely cafés, great restaurants and bars, plus the cutest vintage shops right on the doorstep. One of the most special touches was that they left little treats on our door every night — such a thoughtful and genuinely hospitable gesture that made us feel so welcome. It’s those small details that really make a stay unforgettable. We would highly recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again —

Super Lage und wirklich tolle Unterkunft. Man hat alles was man braucht. Und der Gastgeber war immer gut erreichbar. Man merkt, dass sich hier sehr viel Mühe gegeben wird. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Auch wenn wir nachts Probleme hatten in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung war durch die Notruf Nummer auf dem tablet jemand zu erreichen, die Besitzer hatten sich dann ebenfalls eingeschaltet und mich angerufen. Die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter und Besitzer dieser Apartments ist eigentlich schon ein Orden wert!!! Die Wohnung ist ist unglaublich smart und doch sehr angenehm... was mir ein bisschen gefehlt hat war ein Regenschutz auf der Terrasse... vielleicht kommt das ja noch... aber ich werde aufjedenfall wiederkommen und das ich es weiterempfehlen werde ist so oder so eigentlich schon klar.... danke für den Aufenthalt und den ganzen Aufwand

Amazing stay - great apartment to calm down and enjoy, while having lovely shopping just outside! Positive: Amazing apartment - nice design and interior, good space, clean, quiet, perfect location. Being private, while still being close to other apartments and city life (great shopping). Nice with trees just outside. Negative: 99.9% we love! Only little thing to improve: the beds were too soft and curved after previous usage.

Fantastisk lejlighed. Rigtig god service - blev kontaktet flere gange før og under opholdet, hvilket var meget positivt. Positive: Rigtig hyggelig lejlighed med alt hvad vi havde brug for. Muligt både at spise og hygge hjemme i lejligheden. Gode senge. Negative: Jeg kunne lide det hele.

Lovely apartment, would happily recommend Positive: The apartment was very clean and spacious. I liked the little treats they left. There were toiletries in the bathroom. Negative: The only negative was there was some noise - I could hear everything from the neighbouring apartment. There was a little street noise which you expect in a city.
