Clean place that was sufficient for a night in Berlin

Loved the place, the best stay over our entire 2.5 week trip. Positive: Great location, very clean, nice kitchen ands bathroom, was great! Negative: No complaints.

Die Wohnung war super. Es gab einen großen Balkon zum Innenhof und einen kleineren zur Straße hin. Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist wirklich super! Würden immer wieder kommen.

I would stay here again! We really loved our stay. I knew the area but still I was taken back by just how well this spot was located. I couldn't fault it.

If you want to explore a more "local" side of Berlin, this neighborhood is great. The apartment is part of a local property management so there's a lot of support and everything is well managed. Great restaurants nearby.

Great Airbnb! It’s in an amazing location, near many restaurants and coffee shops but not noisy at night! Simon and his team were very communicative, following up to ensure I received my access code before I arrived, and left very nice personal notes once we arrived. They were also overly accommodating for my infant daughter! Once we were there, the team communicated with us to check that we were comfortable and left a list of recommended places for us to check out. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone looking for a spot in Berlin!

この宿にしてよかった。特に、エリアが気に入りました。 Positive: 建築家事務所が多い道にあり、近所に可愛いカフェや小さなレストランやブティックが点在する安全で楽しいエリア。 角に、LIDLスーパーと、オーガニックショップ。 無人check in-check out。　時間制限はあるが電話応対が親切。 check inの用意ができるとSMSで知らせてくれる。 check in時にスパークリングワインと炭酸水がキッチンに置いてあり、また、毎日お菓子やおつまみなど、色々なギフトがドアにかかってた。特にオリジナルrubber duckyが嬉しかった。 傘が２本。　バルコニーに灰皿。テラスは、喫煙者向き。 ベッドの寝心地が良い。窓には、シャッターがあり、真っ暗にできる。 性能の良いポータブル扇風機。 バスタブが大きい、タオルウォーマー。 キッチンに、オーブン以外必要な物が揃っている。 塩、胡椒、フィルターコーヒー、お茶などの他、オリーブオイル、酢、サランラップ、アルミホイル、ペーパータオルがある。 creativeの bluetooth speaker の音が良かった。 近くの教会の鐘の音が素晴らしい。 Negative: アパート5番は、中３階にあり、エレベーターを降りてから階段を登らなくてはならない。 荷物預かり場所は、無人の小さな物置部屋。 部屋のレイアウトが不思議。 タオルは、基本、滞在中、１人１セット(バスタオルとハンドタオル１枚）のみ。 シャワーキャップ、スリッパ、部屋着なし。 エアコンなし、キッチンにOvenなし。 9月に滞在したが、蚊が沢山居て、バルコニーは利用できなかった。 網戸、蚊帳なし。蚊用品は、必須、持参すべき。 お風呂とトイレが一体式なので、2bed roomでトイレが1つしかなく、一般のアパートメントビルの一部を利用しているので、 ロビーはなく、共同のトイレはない。 creative bluetooth speakerのペアリングモードのスイッチを見つけるのに苦労した。説明書があると良いと思う。

My husband and I stayed at Simon's apartment for 4 days and it was a fantastic experience! Very modern, well laid out and very well appointed. We had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. The outside deck is wonderful! Location is fantastic, very walkable and close to public transport. Simon and his staff checked in with us several times and left little goodies on two different occasions as well as a welcome bottle of wine. I have to say it was probably one of the best Airbnb experiences we've had and we have stayed all over the world in the United States. He and his team are truly one of the best hosts we have never experienced.

Positive: Superbe logement situé dans un joli quartier très vivant. Pour autant, l'appartement donnait sur une cour intérieure donc aucune nuisance sonore à déplorer. Des arrêts de tram et de métros, de mêmes que des petits supermarchés, se trouvent à proximité. L'appartement est très bien agencé et spacieux, avec une jolie terrasse. Des vélos sont à disposition, de même qu'un local pour déposer les valises à l'arrivée et au départ. Mention spéciale pour les petites attentions déposées devant notre porte :) On recommande à 100% Negative: Honnêtement... rien

Very easy to reach apartment using public transportation- great instructions from Simon. Loved the neighborhood, beautiful apartment- perfect home base for several days stay in Berlin. Host was very responsive -we enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic stay with a great apartment, a superb location, and a very kind host. Positive: Amazing apartment! It had absolutely everything we needed, including tea, coffee, kitchenware, and even umbrellas. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the metro and tram. The U2 metro line is great for reaching many central areas. It's only three stops to Alexanderplatz, which has connections to all types of transport and trains. The neighborhood is quiet, and the parallel street, Kastanienallee, is the heart of the Prenzlauer Berg district. There are many great restaurants, the 'Prater' beer garden, and shops, as well as Rewe and Lidl supermarkets. The host was very kind and pleasant and provided a few tasty surprises both upon our arrival and before we left. Online check-in and check-out were very easy, and the damage deposit was returned very quickly—the day after we left. For any issues you may have, there are QR codes in the apartments that you can scan to find out what to do. Great idea! Using the door's digital code is great. You don't have to worry about keys, and any family member can come and go freely.

Vi kommer helt sikkert igen! Positive: Alt! Chek-in er super smooth og online. Området er fantastisk - både med og uden børn. Lejligheden er dejlig indrettet, køkkenet har alt du skal bruge, sengene er dejlige at sove i, der er rent og pænt alle steder og personalet er søde, imødekommende og exceptionelt serviceminded.

This was the best AirBnb experience I’ve had to date. Simon was very responsive and checked in regularly. Overall exceeded our expectations and very professional. Place was very nice in a great, safe location.
