Positive: It was clean and the apartment had everything you would need for a short stay. It is very close to the train station which makes getting around Berlin very easy.

A comfortable place to stay with good transport links. Apartment was nice but needs air conditioning and wasn’t that clean. Otherwise was good

Sehr Hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, tägliche Nachrichten mit Infos und oder Hinweisen, sehr saubere Wohnung, gemütliche Betten, alles wird bereitgestellt (Haartrockner, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, kostenfreie Nutzung der Waschmaschine, usw.), Tablet in der Wohnung mit u.a. Restaurantempfehlungen/Freizeitaktivitäten.. Haben uns einfach wohl gefühlt! :-)

Thank you for a great stay at a spotless place! I really appreciated that the apartment was spotless. I can highly recommend Simon’s place. Even though it is on the ground floor, it was quiet and the neighbourhood was peaceful. Thank you for the dyson’s that helped manage the heat really well.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, and everything looked brand new. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. We especially appreciated the little gift waiting for us each day—it was such a lovely and personal touch. The location was also excellent, with plenty of great restaurants nearby, making it very convenient to explore the area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin!

The place was lovely inside. The bathroom was nice and shower was great. The bed was comfortable and the best thing were the block out curtains in the bedroom. The small fold out bed for our 2 year old wasn’t overly comfortable but she seemed fine with it. The couch wasn’t overly comfortable as the cushions kept moving and exposing the hard fold out bed underneath. The area didn’t feel overly safe, on the first night it sounded like someone was trying to get in through the front door and multiple times the doorbell for our accommodation was pressed.

Absolut zu empfehlen! Top Kommunikation, alles sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Guest Relation wird hier nicht nur geschrieben, sondern auch gelebt. Beim nächsten Mal buche ich wieder bei euch

This place was very spacious and felt clean and modern. It was comfortable for our group of 8. I would stay here again!

Super Aufenthalt dank der gemütlichen Wohnung, schöne Gegend und zentrale Lage.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Positive: Traumhafte Unterkunft. Sehr viel Platz und sehr sauber. Eine ganz moderne Ausstattung. Negative: Über uns war es sehr laut, auch in der Zeit der Nachtruhe.

Local maravilhoso, confortável e amplo, pessoal muito atencioso , perto de metrô, supermercado e farmácia, sempre que precisamos fomos atendidos. Única coisa é que fomos no calor, em plena onda de calor, e o apartamento não tem ar condicionado e os ventiladores são bem fracos. Fora isso tudo maravilhoso!

Vi är fantastiskt nöjda med denna lägenhet och bemötandet och servicen vi fick av Ben & Simon. De svarade snabbt och ville göra vår vistelse till den bästa möjliga. Lägenheten var superfin, fina rum, sköna sängar, bra städat och två fina balkonger. Lägenheten låg mkt bra, nära till restauranger, affärer, sevärdheter och mataffär fanns i närheten. Kan varmt rekommendera att bo här, vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

The apartments were great, and the hosts were super nice and welcoming. The only problem is that we didn’t research the neighborhood well enough beforehand. Many many immigrants, didn’t feel like i was in germany. We were scared to speak hebrew bc many of the immigrants were aggressive to us when they heard where we’re from.

Πολύ όμορφη διαμονή, όπως ακριβώς περιγράφεται, καθαρός, φωτεινός, άνετος χώρος, σαφείς οδηγίες για είσοδο στον χώρο, με ποτά καλωσορίσματος κατά την άφιξη και μικρές ευχάριστες εκπλήξεις-δωράκια να μας περιμένουν έξω από το διαμέρισμα. Κρεβάτια, κλινοσκεπάσματα,μπάνια άψογα.Πολύ κοντά τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς για τις μετακινήσεις στο κέντρο. Με δυνατότητα αποθήκευσης των αποσκευών πριν το check in και μετά το check out. Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη άμεση. Θα το συστήναμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σε άλλους.

Great spot in a nice part of Berlin. Easily walkable to good restaurants for our last night in Germany. Spotless with a lovely balcony. Felt like we lived there, even if it was only for one night. The space got pretty toasty at night — if we had stayed longer we would have figured out a better way to keep cool (is there air conditioning? Honestly didn’t check, we were there for such short a time). Always keeping in mind that experiences differ when you travel outside your comfort zone and that’s what makes it fun. :) thanks for a great stay!

Excellent séjour à Berlin ! Appartement très propre, confortable et parfaitement équipé. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville avec les transports en commun à proximité, et des commerces à quelques minutes à pied. Hôte sympathique, réactif et la communication a été parfaite tout au long du séjour. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions laissées pendant notre séjour. Merci ☺️ Un service au top que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Great location, great organization, we felt that the staff was just ready to help us Positive: Everything was truly perfect. The Bensimon motto "leave.home to be home" applies very much. We found welcoming letters and sweet little gifts every day. Tge only two points where improvement might be possible are: a second hook in the bathroom for the second handtowel, there is ample space. And the lightproof store of the main window is just too small, light seeps in on two sides by 5 o'clock. This store would need to be 50% larger and would then be perfect. Otherwise everything was great. We can only say how impressed we were with the immediate co tact we could take with Bensimon and the helpful answers within 2 minutes. That is truly excellency.

A nice apartment, a professional host, clean place, has everything you need (may be except AC). The location we did not like, but we could have researched it better ourselves as well. The big REWE is not that close, so you have to walk 10mins to it. The connection to the central station is not direct, and the neighbourhood is not the best in Berlin. We stayed as a family with small kids, so for us this was important. These summer days were hot, so it was helpful that apartment was on the ground floor, but still no AC (as is most of Germany). Very nice host and proactive.

Very spacious, light airy apartment. Very clean and well maintained. we found it an ideal location to explore Berlin. Very attentive hosts, highly reccomended.
