Positive: Schönes helles Appartment Negative: Der Duftspender im Bad für Allergiker ein NOGO! Ein Geschirrsbtrockentuch wäre auch ganz nett, umweltfreundlicher als immer Küchenrolle. Wer will mit eigenem mitgebrachten feuchten Geschirrtuch die Heimreise antreten? Ansonsten alles top und gerne wieder.

Spacious and squeaky clean. It's located in a former factory that houses many Airbnb apartments, in a multicultural neighborhood. It is by the train tracks, though the windows are pretty soundproof. Just the living room is a little bit dark because it doesn't have its own window. There is no lift, but it’s only on the second floor

Eine sehr saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und die Kommunikation von Anfang an sehr proaktiv, sodass man sich schon auf die Anreise freut und sich wirklich willkommen fühlt.

Very well managed property - from communication to furniture and cleanliness. Everything was just perfect. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, great wifi. Luggage storage saved us a morning since we arrived very early to Berlin

Eine hervorragend gepflegte Unterkunft mit außergewöhnlich aufmerksamem Service, perfekter Organisat Positive: Wir waren vom ersten Eindruck an begeistert. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt den Bildern und unseren Erwartungen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit und den hervorragenden Service. Bereits vor der Anreise wurden wir sehr freundlich betreut: Wir erhielten regelmäßig Nachrichten mit Hilfsangeboten und Nachfragen, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit sei. Am Tag vor der Anreise wurden wir sogar telefonisch kontaktiert, um offene Fragen zu klären – das erlebt man nur selten. Der Check-in per Schlüsselcode funktionierte absolut reibungslos. Auch das Sicherheitsgefühl war sehr gut, da nachts Kontrollen im Haus durchgeführt wurden. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern, gepflegt, komfortabel eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz, um sich auch mit mehreren Personen wohlzufühlen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Lage: Parkplätze fanden wir problemlos direkt vor dem Haus und sowohl U-Bahn als auch S-Bahn sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Dadurch konnten wir Berlin bequem erkunden, ohne auf das Auto angewiesen zu sein. Insgesamt hatten wir einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und haben uns jederzeit willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt. Negative: Es gab nichts, was unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt hätte.

Das Loft ist toll gelegen, unweit der Ringbahn. Es ist ein sehr ansprechendes Apartment mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Es wurde proaktiv auf schlehtes wetter hingewiesen mit verschiedenen Ausweichmöglichkeiten, für Touristen super! Sowohl Check in als auch check out waren reibungslos. Sehr gerne wieder.

Het is een prachtig en helder appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede locatie ook omdat het openbaar vervoer dichtbij zat. Ook een koffie tent en een supermarkt dichtbij. Top!

Tuve una estadía excelente. El departamento estaba hermoso, muy limpio, cómodo y exactamente como se muestra en las fotos. La ubicación también fue muy conveniente, cerca del metro a 1 cuadra al igual que un súper mercado. Sin duda recomendaría este alojamiento a cualquiera que visite Berlín. La comunicación siempre amable y clara.

We had an absolutely lovely stay in Berlin. The flat was spotless and so comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. Also the team were so friendly and responsive, would 100% stay here on my next visit! Thank you :)

Roomy and well appointed apartment walkable to nice parts of town. Our son is in a wheelchair and the barrier-free access was appreciated. The washing machine wasn’t working when we were there but the hosts were responsive and allowed us to do our laundry in their office machines. Nice touches like a bottle of water and wine awaited our arrival and little daily gift bags with candy made the kids happy. Overall, would recommend!
