OUR HOUSE
Our mission is that all our guests will feel at home in our apartments without missing the comfort of a classic boutique hotel. The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century (1903) as a traditional manufactory, in which mainly chirugic instruments were produced. We immediately realized that we had found a little jewel here: The charm of a factory, the size of a residential house and the possibility of completely rebuilding this house to the needs of our guests led us to transform this factory building into a modern and authentic apartment house. We would love to welcome you in Berlin and to our charming residence soon.

OUR REVIEWS
From start to finish we couldn't have hoped for a better place to stay! This was our first experience with Airbnb and it was better then any hotel. You don't miss anything. It is close to a train and bus station. Within 15 minutes you are in the centre of Berlin. I would highly recommend it.
Ben and Simon's apartment is one of the nicest and cleanest apartments we've stayed in this trip! We stayed with a family of 2 adults, 4 kids and the apartment suited great. It is next door to the public transport, which brings you anywhere in Berlin very quickly.
Me and my 6 colleages went to Berlin to visit the several fairs during the Fashion Week. We were looking for an appartment that offers us apart of a clean and comfortable sleeping place as well the opportunity for doing several workshops and brainstorming meetings.

– WHAT’S BEHIND BENSIMON APARTMENTS –
BENSIMON are a combination of our nicknames (Ben & Simon). For many years we have been best friends and business partner. Since during our studies we used every free minute to travel the world together. So it was obvious when we weren’t in the city to rent our own apartments to tourists. From these rentals a lot of great friendships and experiences have emerged, so we have turned our hobby into a profession. Our mission is very simple since the beginning: Our job is to ensure you as our guests an unforgettable & perfect stay. You should feel like at home from the beginning and if you need something we care about. In this sense we wish you a great time in Berlin.

Selected apartments are equipped with a raindance shower by Grohe. So every shower is an indescribable relaxing experience. Please inquire in advance whether your desired apartment is equipped with it.
Towels & Linen
In your booking are (enough) towels and bed linen included. Please note: Our scrubbers are cleaned according to ecological standards.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
You love to cook? Perfect, our fully equipped kitchen offers you the necessary cooking essentials, a dishwasher and appliances by WMF.
High Speed Internet Access
You will find a wireless internet access with a bandwidth of 50,000 kbit/s – of course free of charge.
Washing Machine
In selected apartments we offer a washing machine to you. We are happy to provide you with detergent. Please inquire in advance whether your desired apartment is equipped with it.

Enjoy our media: Bluetooth soundsystem, 43 inch LCD combined with google chromecast to stream your favourites directly on the TV.
(Final-) Cleaning
Before and after your stay the apartments are cleaned up elaborately. Of course, the final cleaning is free of charge.
