I attended a conference at the near by conference centre. The flat was walking distance to it and also short walking distance to all relevant public transport points. Lovely, clean, very comfortable and spacious apartment, perfectly furnished. There are a couple of excellent inexpensive restaurants in the vicinity. As the flat is at street level, I was initially concerned that it might be noisy or less private. None of these problems, the street is not very busy and the tinting of the front windows with the curtains give you peace and privacy. The bedroom and the bathroom face the back of the building and are totally insulated from any view and are very quiet. The double bad I. The bedroom is very comfortable, lots of pillows, which is great. Most visited Berlin sights are within about 20-30min by underground or tram. Excellent value for money.

A few meters away from the train station. There are cute cafés, bars and grocery nearby! The place itself was perfect—everything was well thought out. From the light dimmers to the speakers, everything was tasteful and high-quality.

We had a great time in Berlin, the flat was in a perfect location. It was spacious, with natural light and clean. The instructions were very clear. We highly recommend!

what a lovely charming place, in a wonderful neighborhood- close to fantastic restaurants, park, etc Positive: everything was clean & comfortable -- I appreciated that there was coffee, dishwashing soap & dishwasher tablets, the cookware was varied and in good condition. the bathroom was charming, & loved the bath & shower. I also appreciated that we could access more pillows & blankets & towels. The small bags of goodies, along with wine & water upon arrival were also a really nice touch. We appreciated that there were counters and shelves to store our things well. Negative: It was a bit loud with the recycling bins below the window, as there were people recycling glass at 7 in the morning. perhaps a cover or something that dampens the sound would be well-received. Additionally, those bins weren't labelled well, so it was unclear where to put things, especially as we are not from Berlin, and therefore unfamiliar with the recycling system. We also stayed for 5 days, it would have been nice to have one cleaning session in that time.

Simon's place was exactly as described. The building was easy to find, well-kept, and had an elevator. The unit itself had high vaulted ceilings, lots of light, and beautiful, open rooms. The place was very clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. The grocery store and subway stations were less than a 5 minute walk away. The hosts were very responsive and made us feel right at home!

Wir haben mit insgesamt vier Kollegen für eine Dienstreise eine Kurz-WG gegründet und alles war prima. Wenn wieder Berlin, dann schauen wir, ob hier was frei ist. Die Wohnung ist top und hat alles was man braucht, modern eingerichtet. Nur einen Kollegen störte die S-Bahn etwas. Aber da war er alleine mit diesem Eindruck :-). Für die Erstversorgung sind viele Dinge vorhanden - und kleine Nettigkeiten. Also Fazit: Wir wollen wiederkommen.

Fantastic apartment, clean and quiet. Local bars were friendly and to get to central Berlin was very easy from nearby Ubahn. Highly recommend this apartment, we had a wonderful weekend.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Ben & Simon’s apartment in Choriner Str. It was clean, practical and well equipped, with lovely balconies off the living space/bedroom and kitchen. Hosts were responsive and proactive in making sure we were settled and felt at home. We travelled with our young son - apartment was just the right size for us, with a well-sized cot and high chair made available. Not a cheap deal - but we feel it was value for money given the excellent location in a vibrant yet family-friendly Kiez. We’d be very happy to stay again.

This is our second time staying at this Berlin location with Ben & Simon, there is a reason for that. They are the best hosts visitors could ask for, the unit is fantastic, and the location is outstanding. Close to great restaurants and cafes. Just a short walk to transit, and groceries, if you need them. Also close to a running track, which is great for me. This time around we found a cool little record shop, just steps from our door, and while looking through used David Bowie LPs, the owner of the shop walked over with an LP in his hands, one that I thought, having read about the day before, would be difficult to find, the new release, David Bowie "The Shel Talmy Recording". Best Bday gift ever The neighborhood just keeps becoming more epic to my wife and I. Our next trip to Berlin, whether it's to run the marathon again, or just hang out in our favorite city, we will definitely stay with Ben and Simon. All the way from the West coast of Canada Kathy and I are huge fans. Thanks guys

Wonderful apartment! Positive: Very good location, good quality Negative: Nothing.

The apartment was spacious. We came with a group of 6 people. Neighborhood was different than we expected. However the place was safe and accessible to super market and metro.

The property was stunning. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. We loved the common ares for relaxing after our busy museum and gallery tours.It would not be a good place for people with mobility issues.There is nice grocery shopping nearby and it is convenient to public transit.The host left us nice treats each day which we enjoyed.We would be happy to stay at this place again and expect any properties from this host to be lovely.

Nice apartment close to the S Bahn station. Can be noisy due to the train tracks.
