Fijn appartement in leuke levendige wijk dicht bij openbaar vervoer. Positive: Rustige locatie in een leuke wijk Negative: De kookplaat was erg moeilijk aan te krijgen. Gelukkig kwam er meteen hulp toen wij een vraag stelde aan de eigenaar.

We are family of 5 and our stay in this accomodation was very pleasant. It was clean, comfortable and communication with the landlord was quick and effective. You can trust the pictures as well as many recomendations. This choice would give you a great temporary home.

Insgesamt hat alles bestens funktioniert: Unkomplizierte Buchung, freundlicher Kontakt, rasche Antwort auf Fragen, die Wohnung war leicht zu finden und sehr sauber. Es ist gut möglich zu fünft (2 Erw. und 3 Kinder) in der recht kleinen Wohnung unterzukommen - man ist ja in der Regel tagsüber unterwegs und somit nur morgens und abends gemeinsam in der Wohnung. Super Lage: Bäcker über die Straße, REWE 1-2 Gehminuten, Bus und U Bahn in der Nähe ... Ich würde mich wieder für diese Wohnung entscheiden. Vielen Dank

Beautiful, spacious and very well equipped apartment in the Friedrichshain area. Cafes only around the corner. 7-10 minute walk to tram or underground depending on where you’re headed. Apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The bed was great and the shower was fantastic. Everything was seamless and easy and Ben and Simon are very well established and experienced hosts.

Super accommodation. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of space. We found everything we needed including toiletries which was ideal as we flew with only hand luggage. The lift made access easy for us all. The apartment was pristine and warm. Fantastic bathrooms with great showers. The keyless system was great. No worries about losing keys! A nearby supermarket was handy for drinks & snacks. A wonderful coffee shop had a fantastic selection of cakes. The U & S trains, & a bus stop were also very near. Getting around the city was easy. A helpful lady at the airport advised us on the cheapest travel tickets to buy. Would definitely recommend and would use again if going to Berlin.

Unser Aufenthalt war durchweg sehr angenehm und entsprach in vollem Umfang den Erwartungen. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gepflegt und exakt wie beschrieben. Check-in und Kommunikation verliefen reibungslos und zuverlässig. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die gute Ausstattung sowie die ruhige und komfortable Atmosphäre. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Qualität und Organisation gelegt wird. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können. Klare Bewertung: 5 Sterne.

Supermarkten , restaurantjes en een heel goede bakker op minder dan 5 minuten lopen Negative: Het was eigenlijk helemaal goed . 1 verbeterpunt zou zijn dat in een zo ruim appartement met 3 slaapkamers het fijn zou zijn als er behalve een badkamer waarin een wc nog 1 aparte wc zou zijn

Parfait pour un séjour à Berlin Positive: Appartement très agréable, propre, lumineux, calme et confortable. On se sent à la maison. Bien situé, cafés, bars, restaurants, magasins et moyens de transport à proximité. Vraiment parfait! On reviendra.

Top-Unterkunft, komfortabel, viel Platz, alles da, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe, Rundum-Betreuung mit charmanten kleinen Überraschungen, es hätte nicht besser sein können!

Great apartment, easy reach of station, safe and secure, quiet, clean and modern with everything we needed for a short stay. Beds comfy, wide and the bathrooms worked well. Hot showers and plushy towels. Simon communicated very effectively. We found it easy to find and easy access. Helpful to have luggage storage too. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Wir waren zu sieben Erwachsenen, das hat super gepasst. Die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgerüstet, es gibt einen Grundstock an Salz und Peffer, Kaffee und Kaffeefilter sowie Geschirrspülmaschenen Tabs. Perfekt

Este apartamento é espetacular mesmo, está no local perfeito para conhecer Berlim, e mesmo com temperaturas negativas no exterior, no apartamento estava-se super bem. O Simon foi super atencioso e sempre disponível. Recomendamos a 100%

We absolutely loved staying at Ben and Simon’s apartment — it truly enhanced our Berlin trip from start to finish. Communication was fantastic throughout; they were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. A standout touch was the tablet in the apartment filled with useful local information, which was so handy — especially for anyone visiting Berlin for the first time. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities, making it feel like a real home away from home. The location couldn’t be better: surrounded by lovely cafés, great restaurants and bars, plus the cutest vintage shops right on the doorstep. One of the most special touches was that they left little treats on our door every night — such a thoughtful and genuinely hospitable gesture that made us feel so welcome. It’s those small details that really make a stay unforgettable. We would highly recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again —

Wir haben ein Wochenende mit der ganzen Familie in dieser tollen Wohnung verbracht und uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung war super sauber und geräumig und hatte alles, was man braucht. Trotz der S-Bahn-Station direkt vor der Tür ist die Wohnung ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
