Nice house and good location。

Met een groep vrienden in het verblijf va Ben &Simon geweest. Zelf alleen maar complimenten gehad dat ik het goed uitgezocht had, dus dat betekend dat het een topverblijf is! Schoon, mooie kamers, goede bedden en ruime badkamers. Ben & Simon, bedankt voor het aangename verblijf in jullie prachtige airb&b!

Ben and Simon were EXCELLENT hosts. I cannot recommend this accommodation enough. They were extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. They provided welcome gifts, and put up a Christmas tree. The staff were very helpful. We had a wonderful experience. Will definitely stay again.

We appreciated the little extras they provided. Also, we enjoyed having a Christmas tree! It was a very comfortable and clean rental.

This is a well located apartment (4 min walk to u + s Bahn) and well furnished. We especially like the hosts touch with small gifts and Xmas tree as well as Xmas market recommendations. Cannot fault and thank you to our kind hosts Ben and. Simon.

It was a perfect flat. The house was totally clean, and it was furnished with high-quality amenities.

This place was fantastic, hosted a group of 5 and could comfortably fit 7 people. To start since the booking all the communication was clear, hosts are super friendly, responsive to our messages and requests. Really good location as the metro is 3 mins walk from the residence and could connect us to anywhere in the city. The place itself is spacious, clean with a separate room to do your laundry. You could also cook and use the dishwasher in your kitchen which is great! Super duper spot, would recommend! Thanks hosts for the lovely time!

Lovely stay in this apartment while we explored Berlin for a long weekend. Easily accommodated our group of 8 and ideally placed for getting to and from the airport and also travelling around the city. Nice touch with the availability of secure bag storage meant that we were able to make best use of our time in Berlin. Would highly recommend.

We came for the Christmas markets in December and it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed in. Extremely easy to get around and such a great location for going pretty much anywhere in Berlin. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was great. We loved the showers and the hosts were really helpful, especially when we popped a tyre and they had a stroller for us to use. Would absolutely stay here again if we are ever in Berlin!

Excellent apartment for families with children Positive: We stayed here as a family with our child and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and fully equipped – everything was thoughtfully arranged, and all necessary amenities were available. We truly felt at home during our stay. The location was convenient, and the hosts were kind and professional. We would definitely choose this place again when visiting Berlin and highly recommend it to families. Negative: -

Positive: The apartment was very nice. Nice bathroom, shower was amazing. Great Kitchenette which we used. Had a lift which was great when you have large heavy bags. Little gift left each night on door when we got home from exploring Berlin. Location right next to S Barn.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung, genau wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Lage war ruhig und gut angebunden. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Estupendo Positive: Alojamiento muy bien equipado, cómodo y confortable. Situado en barrio tranquilo, con parada de metro y tren cercana y supermercado. Nos dejaron detalle de bienvenida y despedida, además de decoración navideña y sugerencias de actividades coincidiendo con época estival, lo cual se agradece mucho. Negative: No es una queja si no sugerencia, se echa en falta microondas y mantel.

Positive: We were 5 people. There was enough bed for us. The house was very well equipped. There was everything needed. Very near to the Wedding subway station. Homeowners were perfect. They helped for everything. I recommend. Negative: Nothing.

Fantastico! Positive: Il nostro soggiorno non avrebbe potuto essere migliore: scegliere l’appartamento Bensimon si è rivelata la decisione ideale. La posizione è strategica, a pochi passi dalle linee S e U del trasporto pubblico. L’alloggio è nuovissimo, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutto ciò che si possa desiderare… e anche di più! All’arrivo abbiamo trovato un gradito pensiero di benvenuto — acqua, vino e cioccolatini — e ogni giorno ci venivano lasciate davanti alla porta piccole delizie da sgranocchiare. Sono proprio queste attenzioni a rendere il soggiorno indimenticabile e a farti sentire davvero coccolato. Assolutamente consigliato!

Amazing place to stay in Berlin, would definitely come back again. The apartment is cozy, very clean, and well prepared. Hosts gave us a warm welcome and even provided a Christmas tree in the apartment. Throughout the stay they checked in with us through the app and gave prompt and easy instructions on check in and checkout. They also went the extra mile to add little gifts at our door. Smoothest and most pleasant stay ever!

Amazing apartment, with everything you need in it. Very efficient service on ANY queries. Excellent Positive: We stayed in this gorgeous apartment, 2 Adults and our 2 children. The cleanliness of the Apartment was second to none. Totally spotless. The most comfortable beds ever with amazing pillows, Rain showers, big bathrooms and the shower gels, shampoo and lovely conditioner all provided, Lovely heating in all the rooms which you could adjust yourself. A lovely little laundry room downstairs too - where you could do a small wash to keep on top of bits and pieces. The kitchen was so well equipped too - which included a Full oven and Dishwasher and was also spotless. The TV was massive and the surround sound speakers you could bluetooth to your phone. It was on a lovely quiet street and very very near public transport at Wedding train station from which you could access all of Berlin very easily. Lovely little welcome treats left hanging on the door for us and the children :) Also a lovely touch was that there was a Christmas Tree all set up with lights and the baubles left there for our children to decorate it with .... Very sweet . Negative: There was only one thing that really was annoying and PAINFUL - Into the main bedroom and bathrooms there was a small step ramp like sharp edge which did have a small warning sticker on the wall warning you about it which was so small and insignificant we didn't see the warning sign til nearly the 3rd day which was TOO late ..... I 'lambasted' my toe/feet off it as did most of my family 'many' times as we walked around the apartment - despite knowing it was there... Watch out for it! Still couldn't figure what purpose it served? I would get someone to put a small ramp of tiling cement up to it if I owned it .... Toes still smart after it. You have been warned. But the pain was somewhat cancelled out by the brilliance of the rest of the apartment .. hee hee. Just a thought for the owners to look at this though. I could not find ANY other faults with the Apartment.
